 A: General Provisions
For protection of users’ benefits, we are committed to: when there is any problem resulted by our company produced a series of Special Purpose Vehicle from the date of the factory, drived for three months or less than 25,000 kilometers, the questions arised by manufacturing quality, our company will fulfill the “three guarantees” (for repair, replacement or compensation of faulty products)" service,which related to the chassis,the chassis manufacturers will afford their after-sales service according to their regulations.
B: The scope of “three guarantees”
1, cause some modification parts abnormal for bad design or manufacturing defects 0f parts and components, assembly of pieces.
2, due to defects caused by welding faults.
3, because of bad quality of manufacturing and assembly, leading to controlling failure or leakage.
C: Exclusion of the “three guarantees” scope
1, caused imperfect vehicle or incomplete attachment by users.
2, misconducted fault during using, maintenance, adjustment by users.
3, self-demolition, repair fault caused by ysers.
4, increase their ownself accessories or self- modification damage caused by users.
5, the user found the problem, but did not rule out the possibility, still continue to use, resulting in further damage.
D: After-sales service methods
1, from getting the user's problem of product quality information feedback, based on regional, geographic, distance, the service staff from 24 to 48 hours to the scene for service.
2, directly or designate a person to conduct the after-sales service on-site.
E: Service procedures
1, the failure products of our company in the process of using,when our services will be requested,formally & accurately report to us in writing of the failure of the manufactured product code, product certification, the factory date and details of the fault for us to carry out technical analysis, reply or treatment.
2,in line with the scope of “three guarantees” ,the repair costs from our company.
3, Exclusion of the “three guarantees” scope, our company provide technical services, but users will bear all the costs.
